Questions, answered

What is Messters?

Messters is Pakistan's marketplace for handmade products. Every piece is listed and shipped by the person or small studio who made it, and every maker is reviewed before they can sell.

How do I pay?

You pay in advance when you place your order — there is no cash on delivery. Today you can pay by JazzCash transfer; card and bank payment follow. Your order is confirmed as soon as we have checked your payment.

Can I ask for something custom?

Yes. Message the maker from their store or any product page. They can send you a custom quote in the chat with the price and delivery time, and you pay for it through the same checkout.

How much is shipping and how long does it take?

Each maker ships their part of your order separately. Shipping is worked out from the parcel's size and weight and your city, and you see it — with the expected delivery time — before you pay.

What if something goes wrong with my order?

Message Messters Support from your account. If a paid order has to be cancelled, Messters refunds you.

How do I start selling on Messters?

Choose "Register as a Seller" (on the Sell on Messters page or the sign-up page) and fill in your details. We review every application, and once you are approved you can list your products and set up your store.

Still wondering about something? Message us — a person from the Messters team will answer.

Do you make things by hand?

Crochet, pottery, embroidery, painting, woodwork — if you make it, there are people looking for it. Open your store on Messters and sell across Pakistan.
