How shipping works

Messters is asset-light by design: sellers ship products directly to customers rather than Messters warehousing inventory. This keeps handling minimal and lets your product reach the customer as directly as possible.

Shipping partners

Messters works with established Pakistani courier partners — including Leopards, TCS, M&P, Trax, and PostEx — to provide sellers with shipping labels at negotiated rates.

Seller responsibilities

• Package products securely to arrive in the condition shown in listing photos
• Ship within the processing time stated on the product listing
• Provide tracking information when available
• Communicate proactively if a delay occurs

Shipping costs

Shipping is worked out at checkout from the rates the Messters team sets for each route (the maker's city to yours) and each product's stored weight and dimensions — you see the cost before you pay. A dynamic, courier-based shipping calculator is planned for a future update and will use this same product data without requiring sellers to re-enter anything.
